If your company had been with us in the past, we would very much like to welcome you back. If not, now is a good time to introduce your company to a highly qualified population of project oriented professionals.

The PMI Career Fair typically attracts about 150 attendees covering a wide-range of skills set including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Analysts, Developers and other project related positions.  

The Spring Career Fair will be held on Wednesday, June 20th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Clayton from 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM.

Please Note Registration for the Career Fair is for Participating Organizations wanting to fill existing career opportunities only. If you want to attend as a walk-in candidate, you may do so at no cost.

The cost to participate in the career fair is $200 which includes the following:

  • One Table with cloth/2 Chairs  
  • Two complimentary tickets for the dinner meeting – the topic for the meeting is “Special Forces Project Leadership” which will draw a lot of attendance.  Feel free to talk more to potential candidates during dinner and after the presentation
  • Name of your company on the Metro St Louis PMI event website when payment is received by June 6th

If you are interested, please reply to this email by June 6th. Table spaces are limited, so reply as soon as possible. 

There are two ways to register for a booth:

1. Online: you can purchase a Vendor ticket by clicking the "Register Now" button above. (If you want invoice billing using the online registration, you may select the "Bypass Billing" button at the top of the registration form.)

2. You can send an email requesting Invoice Billing to: Jody Rouggly at dinnermeetings@stlpmi.org with the following information Company Name
