Steve Finkelstein, our presenter, will combine lecture, exercises and magic to provide content for maximum learning, engagement, and fun. Participants will learn a simple methodology with tools to master the practical steps in applying the balanced scorecard concepts to meet the challenges facing organizations today. The results will have an impact on both top and bottom line.

Steve Finkelstein, Sr. Partner and Co-Founder of Experience on Demand

Steve’s career started at Monsanto in accounting and systems. After 20 years, he transitioned into consulting and joined Dun & Bradstreet Software where he implemented ERP systems. Moving on, he was a consulting partner with Grant Thornton where he led an ERP practice and continued to implement global systems. Another client received the CFO Magazine Reach Award for their world-class Finance organization and operational excellence in accounting processes. Steve than moved on to become a consulting partner for Deloitte where he ran an ERP, strategic planning and finance transformation practices. Steve then became an entrepreneur and founded his own consulting firm, Experience on Demand.

Steve has built an excellent reputation for coaching executives and organizations to achieve their business objectives through planning, execution and problem solving. He brings a balanced approach with both strategic and tactical solutions that deliver bottom-line results. He provides his clients simple, effective processes and tools that result in transferable skills.

Steve ’s passion is to develop long-term client relationship that earn their trust and deliver value. He is very active in the community working with universities, start-up companies and not-for-profit organizations.
